FAQ

  • What are the opening times for the box office?

The box office will be open from 11am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However, on performance evenings, the box office will also open from one hour before the performance. If there are matinee & evening performances at the weekends, the box office will open from 1pm to 7.30pm. Patrons are advised that on performance days (including midweek matinees) general sales for tickets cannot be made 30 minutes before the show, as box office are busy dealing with ticket collections for the show during this time. Patrons looking to book tickets for future performances will be asked to wait until the queue for ticket collection subsides, at which time they can proceed with their booking. The box office will be closed on bank holidays, unless there is a show on. Please note that the theatre and box office will be closed on Christmas Eve, 24th December 2015.
  • Can I bring Children to the Theatre?

All Children aged 3 and over can visit the theatre with a valid ticket. Babes in arms and infants 2 years old and under will not be permitted into the theatre. However, if the performance is specifically classed as a children’s show then all ages will be permitted. Children aged 1 and under will generally be admitted free of charge, with no need to purchase a ticket and no seat allocated. Please note that this is a general guideline and for a specific show you should seek guidance from its information page.

Please note that parents with a child who is disrupting other patrons will be asked to leave the auditorium to settle the child. Our policy is that only one infant is permitted per family, and if you are bringing other children to a show along with an infant, it is advisable that at least two adults are in attendance.
  • Are there concessions available?

Where applicable we offer concession prices to senior citizens, patrons who are registered as disabled (and a carer), students and children. Concessions may not be available for all performances or shows.
